Frequently asked questions
Does it need installing?
No. Drop the light in the water and plug it in. If you like, you can fix it to a pier or your boat with its clamps.
Can I switch the light on out of the water?
No. Our underwater lights are designed to be cooled by the water around them. Only switch the light on while it is underwater, and never leave it on out of the water, or it can be damaged.
Which light colours are available?
Depending on the product: white, blue, turquoise, green and blue+white. Each product page lists its colours. Add your choice in the Shopier order note.
Can I order a custom length, colour or a longer cable?
Yes. For custom orders, please message us on WhatsApp or give us a call, and we'll work out the right light for you together.
When will it arrive, and is shipping free?
Shipping within Türkiye is free. Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays ship the same day.
Where do you ship to most?
We ship anywhere in Türkiye. Our lights are used most on boats in Bodrum, Fethiye, Marmaris, Kaş, Antalya and Kuşadası.
How can I pay?
Pay securely by card on Shopier using the button on each product page. To pay the lower price by bank transfer, message us on WhatsApp.
